This is no ordinary meal at Forage.
Our Supper Clubs at Forage are designed to be a fun, relaxing evening where you can enjoy delicious food and wine in our contemporary restaurant.
A set five-course menu has been created by our brilliant team of chefs led by Ben McCubbin, who began his career at The Royal Crescent Hotel and has previously worked at Lucknam Park and Bath Priory.
The menu will incorporate exciting combinations of seasonal mouth-watering ingredients. This May we’re offering up a menu which includes a Pea and Buttermilk Velouté as an Amuse-Bouche, Soy and Mirin Glazed Grilled Sea Bream with Pickled Dikon to start, followed by Asparagus and Confit Egg with Potato Vinaigrette. The main course is Roast Duck Breast with Orange Purée. The evening will be finished with a refreshing Fromage Frais Parfait with Macerated Berries and Hibiscus Sorbet.
