Enjoy a five-course menu full of Autumnal flavours on Thursday, 3rd October.
This is no ordinary meal at Forage.
Our Supper Clubs at Forage are designed to be a fun, relaxing evening where you can enjoy delicious food and wine in our contemporary restaurant.
A set five-course menu has been created by our brilliant team of chefs led by Ben McCubbin, who began his career at The Royal Crescent Hotel and has previously worked at Lucknam Park and Bath Priory.
The menu will incorporate exciting combinations of seasonal mouth-watering ingredients. This October we’re offering up a menu which includes a Leek and Smoked Eel Velouté as an Amuse-Bouche, Roasted Pumpkin and Heritage Carrot with Spinach Purée, Sage and Candied Walnut to start, followed by Wild Seabass with Kohl Rabi, Bok Choy and a Lemongrass Sauce. The main course is Roasted Breast and Galantine Leg of Guinea Fowl with Cob Nuts, Wild Mushroom, Chicken Jus and Swiss Chard. The evening will be finished with a delicious Mille-Feuille of Apple, Tonka Bean and Caramel.
